Fall 2016 Academic Director Update

Real Estate

Scott Cox has agreed to teach our undergraduate Real Estate Development course this fall. Between 2004 and April 2016, Scott was with IHP Capital Partners. IHP has invested more than $19B in for-sale residential projects throughout the US. For ten years prior to IHP, Scott was the Regional Manager of Residential Construction Lending and Public Homebuilding for Guarantee Bank. Scott has an MBA from UCLA, a Bachelor of Architecture from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo, is a licensed architect and a member of ULI’s Community Development Council. Our MS program has 5 students enrolled in the 2016-2017 MS in Real Estate program.

  • Introduction to Real Estate - 1 section with 14 students
